Will need a dehydrator, juicer and blender. Several step process recipe.
3 cups mushrooms, sliced
1 small onion, diced
1 cup cashews (soaked 6 hours, rinsed & drained)
1/4 lemon, juiced
6-8 stalks of celery, (cup of celery juice)
2 cloves garlic (smashed & chopped)
1/2 cup purified water
2 tsp Mushroom Harvest, mushroom powder (optional)
1 1/2 – 2 Tbsp dried sage
1 1/2 tsp dried garlic granules
1 tsp thyme
1 tsp rosemary
1 1/2 tsp cumin
1 1/2 tsp pink Himalayan salt or sea salt or smoked applewood sea salt
Place sliced mushrooms in dehydrator for 105 degrees for 8 hours.
8 hours later, juice celery and lemon. In jar combine dehydrated mushrooms, celery juice, lemon juice, diced onion and chopped garlic cloves. Seal jar tightly, put in fridge and marinate for 8 hours. Place cashews in 2 cups of water and soak for 4-6 hours, then drain and rinse.
